2026 Annual Conference - Amway Grand/DeVos Place
The 2026 Annual Conference will be held early this year on August 16-19, 2026. MMTA is thrilled to coordinate with our national partner, APT US&C (the Association of Public Treasurers of the US and Canada) to host a joint conference this year. All attendees will be able to benefit from having a national conference coordinate with our usual conference experience to result in an even better experience. We anticipate incredible speakers, topics, sponsors, activities, networking, and more.

Registration is now open on the APT US&C website - attendees must register through APT US&C. If you're not an APT member, don't worry - ALL MMTA members can attend this joint conference for the typical MMTA fall conference registration fee of $399. As you go through the registration process, you'll be provided with a discount code to ensure you receive the correct $399 price. If you are not an APT member, you will be prompted to create a profile, if you do not want to become a member, simply select "no thank you" for member type. Register for the 2026 Annual Conference

How you attend the Conference is your choice: attend either in-person or online via the virtual livestreaming. The 2026 conference will have all of the great training that you've come to expect from MMTA. There will also be plenty of celebrations for on-site attendees, including new and renewing MiCPTs certifications, the 2026 PRIME Award Honoree, and installation of the 2026-27 Board of Directors. The Association will have its Annual Meetings (one for municipal members and a separate meeting for associate members). The municipal annual meeting will be included on the livestream.

To learn more about the conference and to register, go to the APT US&C website. Rooms at the Amway Grand are available at the group rate of $169/night, subject to applicable fees and taxes. Make your reservation online here
