Operations in a Crisis: What We've Learned

The last eight months have challenged us in incredible and strange ways as we all have worked to deal with the implications and long term effects of the global pandemic. This panel discussion will focus on the lessons that have been learned at our municipalities, and specifically in the treasury department, as we've faced daily complications and challenges, from sneeze guards to cash flow. Topics will include disaster preparedness, staffing, collections, fiscal oversight, budgeting, cash flow, and more. The hope is that we can salvage some good lessons from something as daunting and difficult as the pandemic. Only $49 for MMTA members.
