2023 Winter Workshop

The Winter Workshop training session is designed to provide attendees with tangible skills. Anyone with treasury-related responsibilities will find actionable knowledge that can help you do your job better. Training sessions will be held in Lansing and will also be available via livestreaming.

Thursday: 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Attendance Options
Choose how you attend! In-person or online are available for either:
1) both the Thursday afternoon sessions and Friday sessions for $199, or
2) the Friday sessions only for $149

Select your preference when you register. Fees include sessions and downloadable materials for all attendees. There will be beverages, snacks, and a networking session on Thursday and breakfast and lunch on Friday for in-person attendees. Register before Friday, January 6 to avoid late fees. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by January 6 for a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. Changes between in-person and online registration is allowed.

In-Person Location 
The conference will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn - Lansing West. Discounted rooms are available for Wednesday and Thursday evening at the group rate of $109 plus applicable taxes and fees. Make your reservations directly with the hotel by calling 517-999-9930. The Hilton Garden Inn's policy is to charge your credit/debit card for the amount of your stay plus a $50 incidental hold at the time you make your reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is noon. Room cancellations must be made directly with the hotel more than 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges.

NOTE: APT US&C is offering a hybrid ACPFIM (Advanced Certified Public Funds Investment Manager) class on Wednesday, January 18 at the Hilton Garden Inn from 1:00 - 6:00 pm that you can attend either in-person or virtually via livestreaming. This class is a fantastic way to extend your investment knowledge and is open to those who have completed the CPFIM class through APT US&C. With a deep look into analysis and investment strategy, attendees will gain a more thorough knowledge of how to quantify an investment policy objective and the tools needed to achieve it.
